Compulink Business Systems is a software company providing software systems and turn-key systems to various vertical medical markets. We are presently restructuring our sales force and opportunities are opening for Field Sales Representatives. If you are interested in a career oriented move with a high commission structure, Compulink is avvisionary industry leader and top provider in this high-end marketplace.

 

We provide state of the art Practice Management software allowing doctors to customize the program to their own specific needs. We deliver a paperless office solution NOW. We are fifteen years young with a group of incredible minds prepared to set the world on fire.

The ideal candidates are self-starters able to hit the ground running. You must posses tremendous presentation and communication skills, be a problem solver and an analytical thinker. You will be experienced in the software/hardware industry, preferably the medical market, experience in the optical industry is a BIG plus.

 

General knowledge of medical office practices, managed care, medical records, and electronic claims is required. We find that our most successful sales reps come from a medical background and are able to transfer that knowledge and communicate most effectively to our customers. If you have such a background, or have had previous sales experience in medical software, we want to hear from you. A proven successful track record in sales, or medical management is a must.

 

References will be checked. We want candidates who have overachieved quotas, have won awards, who have been incredible medical office managers, people whose former employers are terribly sad to see you go. We want winners and achievers and people who believe in themselves.

 

Territories are available by state and some Multi-state territories exist for the right person. Our Sales Representatives must have reliable transportation, a lap top computer, and home office space with internet access. They must have quick, creative, solution solving, intelligent minds, and a smile on their face. Sorry, no relocation allowances are available.

 

Compulink provides paid training at our corporate headquarters in Westlake Village, CA. Realistic commissions are $65K - $80K the first year and $100K plus thereafter. We want to hear from serious candidates who like to work hard in exchange for a great commission. Team players please respond!

Our Customer Care team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from various computer and medical backgrounds. These individuals all have practical, hands on computer experience and many of them have worked in a medical or ophthalmic practice. Several members of our team are licensed opticians who continue to maintain their licenses and certificates. We even have a medical coder and biller on staff! All of our technicians have been specifically selected and have the patience necessary for this challenging position. All of our team members are skilled in customer service and have an intense ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Compulink is continually looking for qualified individuals to join our team as many of our technicians are groomed to move into other areas within the company.

 

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at troubleshooting and problem solving with end users via the telephone and e-mail.

Training

Compulink Trainers are independent contractors located nationwide and experienced in the medical industry environment. We are presently expanding our training force and are seeking individuals with a strong background in medical office management, billing software, and/or advanced software training environments.

 

Our trainers must be available to travel extensively and be willing to train for a minimum period of four days at a time. An extensive paid training course is provided at our corporate headquarters as well as twice yearly update training.

Programming

Compulink designs and maintains high end programs for the medical industry and is geared for the paperless office.
