technical support is provided by individuals
with expertise in all areas of practice management
as well as computers and operating systems.
We utilize the latest communication tools
to answer your questions and solve your problems.
Product feedback is continually encouraged from
clients and is used to direct the evolution
of our Advantage software. Ongoing continuing
education seminars are performed throughout
the country as part of your technical support
services and Internet Based Training is provided

Support Coverage
Included
with the cost of each Advantage Program
is a time period of Software Support ranging
from ninety days to one year. Software support
is available to help you with your questions,
problems, and the on-going learning process.
After your initial training, the Support Department
will take over, providing you with additional
in-depth assistance whenever needed.
Support
is available to you and your staff free
of charge, for the time period specified on
your order. You receive unlimited 1-800
support line calls, our Electronic Communication, software
updates free of charge, and free participation
in our Continuing Education Seminars and Product Update Seminars held
around the country. Our support desk is
open from 5:00am PST through 5:30pm PST.
After hours pager support is also available
for an additional fee. We also offer
ongoing online
training classes using Webex. 
After
your initial support expires, renewals are
available on a quarterly or annual basis.
