Paperless Storage

Designed to use as an enhancement to your Office Management Advantage Software, Scan Advantage provides direct scanning of documents to an individual Patient record. Scan in Referring Physician letters, patient registration forms, Signature on file forms, Patient correspondence, Patient charts, or anything you would normally file into your patient record. Documents are stored in sequence and automatically date and time stamped. Once scanned, they are available for viewing at all Compulink workstations across your network.

Import / Export

Documents and Images may be imported across your network, modem or from a floppy disk.

Supports the following file types: .JPG .TIF .PCX .BMP .GIF .TGA .PNG

CLIPBOARD: Copy and paste images from and to other Windows applications.

SCANNER: Supports any Twain Compatible Scanner and Requires Installation of proprietary software supplied with Scanner. (Compulink recommends Ambir Scanners) www.ambir.com
